 Female chef selected for 'Barbie Doll'. Metal, a company that makes Barbie dolls, has selected female chef Luluat al-Izz for the Saudi Barbie doll.

The company made the decision on the 60th anniversary of the introduction of the Barbie doll.

Speaking to Al Arabiya Net, Luluat Al-Izzat said that the metal company has asked permission to present me as a Saudi Barbie doll. Three Saudi women were named in the case.

"I was chosen as the Saudi Barbie doll because I am the first Saudi academic woman to work at home teaching cooking. The chef's profession is not popular in Saudi Arabia.

 According to the Saudi female chef, many female students are now turning to me to learn how to cook and my positive attitude is encouraging them.

Izz added that there is a lot to do to move forward. A chain of restaurants is planned. There is also a program to open a chain of coffee shops for children. A state-of-the-art cooking academy is also on the agenda.

Lulu Ezzat said that Saudi Vision 2030 has encouraged women to achieve extraordinary success in various walks of life. I believe that the future of Saudi women is bright.
