According to the Indian website Bollywood Life, the cast of Salman Khan's film Dabangg is visiting Riyadh in Saudi Arabia on December 10 and Jacqueline Fernandez was to be a part of this tour.

Jacqueline was interviewed in a case of extortion of crores of rupees by a man named Chandra Shekar, who was revealed as a scam, according to Indian TV channel NDTV.

The 36-year-old actress was quoted by NDTV as saying, "She is not guilty, but she has been interrogated as a witness in the case against  Chandra Shekhar."

On August 24, the investigating agency said it had seized a bungalow in Chennai, Rs 8.25 million in cash, and dozens of luxury vehicles.

The case is based on a case filed by a wing of the Delhi Police overseeing financial irregularities against others for alleged fraud and extortion of Rs 200 crore.

Earlier in October, Canadian-born Indian actress Nora Fathi appeared before the Enforcement Directorate in New Delhi in a Rs 200 crore embezzlement case.

Two accused Chandra Shekhar and his wife Lena Paul, an unknown actress, have already been arrested in the case of embezzlement and extortion.

According to Indian channel NDTV, Nora Fathi was called in to question the alleged couple.
