 Make an account on freelancer.com and earn freelancer is an online job that provides a way for employers and freelancers around the world to collaborate for mutual benefit. 

For employers or service buyers, freelance.com provides thousands of independent contractors with specific skills needed to provide immediate job advertisements or workplace, insurance, etc. A permanent part-time source to full-time job opportunities, without the hassle and expense of advertising and self-promotion.

1) Fill out a short registration form.

From the signup page, you will be asked to create a unique username that will identify you in our system. You will also need to provide a valid email address and confirm that you have read our terms and conditions. No personal information will be requested.

2) Confirm your email address.

When you submit the registration form, a message containing a link and confirmation code is going to be sent to the e-mail address you provided. You will need to follow the instructions in the email to provide a verification code to activate your account.

3) Create your profile.

Take a couple of minutes to supply some information about yourself and/or your business. This information will be stored on your profile page to give other users an overview of your skills and/or needs. 

Plans

Plans are posted by registered employers with job descriptions, skill requirements, and budget limits. Freelancers browse or find projects posted for people that match their skills and interests. After reading the full description of the applicable plans, freelancers can bid and check their work samples for employers on their portfolio page. Employers then examine posted bids and work samples to determine the most eligible bidders and award one or more freelancers to the project.

Freelance.com encourages owners to provide accurate and complete details when posting projects. Optional features can be added to the project post.

Accounts

Funds can be raised through direct payments through plans/competitions or through various payment methods such as the user's credit card, online accounts (PayPal or Scroll), or bank transfer.

A freelancer can withdraw money from one of his or her freelance.com accounts via Express Return, Wire Return, or an online account (PayPal or Scroll). An optional debit card is also available which gives customers instant access to funds in their accounts.

Evacuation requests are handled on a weekly basis. Minimum offset processing costs may apply to certain transfers and are deducted when the transfer begins.

Payment

Employers can make payments to service providers by transferring them from their own accounts to the providers' accounts. This can be done by landmark payment, receipt, or transfer of funds.

Funds can be deposited into our milestone payment system and are released when prearranged milestones are set within the plan. Employers do not have to pay in advance and this should only be considered with good, reputable freelancers as the released payment can only be refunded with the consent of the freelancer.

Short-term plans can also be paid through a milestone payment system, to reassure the freelancer that funds are available while the employer will be allowed to release funds only after the plan is satisfied.

Freelance.com's rating and feedback system (described below) is only available for plans when paying through Freelance.com.

Feedback and ratings

When a project is completed through payments in the freelance.com system, the feedback and rating system for that project will be activated. 

It gives employers and freelancers the opportunity to rate each other's performance through a simple scale of comments and 5-star ratings.

To ensure justice, members can also post a response to the other party's comments. The overall ranking of a freelancer and the ranking and views of individual projects are displayed on their profile page to help employers evaluate the value of working with that freelance.
